We received excellent customer service, and excellent advice and information when we came to look around the shop.

You were also happy to answer further questions by telephone. The delivery was extremely prompt and we are very happy with the piano stool we received which was included in our purchase.

You had a good range of pianos at the shop and were happy to let me and my son try them out for ourselves, providing good advice and information when we requested it.
